It’s hard to believe that one year ago I was recovering from a marathon (the Three Bridges Marathon). Fast forward one year and I’m about to embark on training for the 2014 Boston Marathon! Look at this lovely weather we are having this week to mark my return to running:
This is what I get for being lazy and taking the last week and a half off.
My plan is to run easy this week and get back into my stroller running routine, then begin my 18 week plan next week. My biggest challenge will be trying to figure out how to get pace runs and workouts done with the stroller. I may have to resort to the treadmill. Boo hoo.
